William Shatner reveals why he looks so young at 90

William Shatner has revealed the secret to how he manages to look so young at 90, claiming he has never worked.

But many fans have noticed how good he looks for a nonagenarian – especially as he ‘s just completed a space flight , which is intimidating to those of us who have the twenties and thirties.

In a recent interview with the Guardians , Shatner joked that his age was a ‘ridiculous rumor ‘ being broadcast by the media and that he is actually 55 years old.

Eventually, he admitted that he was, indeed, 90 , prompting journalist Hadley Freeman to ask him if he had ever had “serious work” done.

” No. Have you got? ” Shatner sho I return to Freeman , who joked she could not afford it even if it wanted to.

Shatner continued, “  Well, I don’t have any secret potions. It must be genetic. I ride a lot of horses and am in the confusion of the world so I open my heart and walk into the curiosity of how things work . “

He added, “I’m a competitive rider in an equine skill called reining.

“  I don’t know if you know it, but it’s very sporty and cowboy . “

When asked what he would have liked to know at 20 that he knows at 90, Shatner replied, “I’m glad I didn’t know because what you know at 90 is: go for it. slowly, nothing matters in the end, what goes up must come down.

“If I had known that at 20, I wouldn’t have done anything! “

Young at heart Shatner traveled to space today alongside three others: Audrey Powers, vice president of Blue Origin; Chris Boshuizen , who co-founded the Earth imagery satellite company Planet; and Glen de Vries, executive at French healthcare software company Dassault Systèmes .

In a video posted to Twitter by Blue Origin ahead of her “adventure,” the star said, “  I’m going up in space, I don’t know how many people can say that.

“  It changes life in its own way – not because of the adventure in the air, but because of the people I meet and talk to. “

Shatner continued, “We’re only at the beginning, but how miraculous that beginning is. How extraordinary it is to be part of this beginning.

“There is this mystique of being in space and much closer to the stars and of being weightless .

“I will be fascinated by the sight of space. I want to look at this orb and appreciate its beauty and toughness. ” 

He added, “There is an adventure in my life that I wouldn’t have had if I hadn’t. ”
